About the Role As Vice President, Tax, you will oversee the Company's tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and risk management while helping preserve Tanger's REIT status and supporting long-term growth initiatives. You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Operations, Development, and Executive Leadership to provide guidance on complex business transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, and evolving tax regulations. This is an opportunity for a strategic tax leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, leading high-performing teams, and making a meaningful impact on a publicly traded organization. What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the Company’s REIT compliance activities, including quarterly income, asset, and distribution testing, collaboration with outside REIT experts, and coordination with Operations and Marketing to identify other income items.
