About the Role Repsol is seeking a dynamic Vendedor/a - Expendedor/a to join our service station teams in the Comunidad Valenciana and Murcia. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, achieving sales targets, and ensuring safe and compliant station operations. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with the company's safety and environmental regulations.
- Achieve the service station's sales objectives.
- Attend to customers in-store and on the forecourt, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience.
- Perform cash handling accurately.
- Prepare bakery and pastry products and operate the café service.
- Maintain optimal cleanliness of facilities and products, including the washing area.
- Receive, restock, organize and supervise merchandise. What We're Looking For
- Education: ESO, Bachillerato and/or CFGM.
- IT skills: proficiency in office software.
- Valued: CFGM in Commerce; candidates currently pursuing a degree.
- Food handling course.
- Experience in sales tasks and/or customer service.
- Knowledge of English.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Flexibility in working hours. Nice to Have
- CFGM with Commerce specialization.
- Degree in progress.
- Additional certifications in food handling. Compensation & Benefits
