About the Role Join Repsol as a Vendedor/a - Expendedor/a in the Andalucia service station network. You will be responsible for achieving service station sales objectives, serving customers in-store and on the forecourt, handling cash, preparing bakery products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests. What You'll Do
- Attend to customers in-store and on the forecourt, ensuring excellence and a memorable experience.
- Meet and contribute to the station's sales targets.
- Perform cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare bakery and pastry products and provide café service.
- Ensure optimal cleanliness of installations and products, including wash areas.
- Receive, restock, organize and supervise merchandise.
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts as required. What We're Looking For
- Education: ESO, Bachillerato and/or CFGM; computer skills (office).
- Desirable: CFGM with specialization in Commerce; candidates currently pursuing a degree.
- Food handling course; experience in sales and/or customer service; knowledge of English; driving license and own vehicle.
- Flexibility with working hours; willingness to adapt to station needs.
