Looking for a urology assignment that gives you consistent call volume without requiring a full-time schedule? An established adult community hospital network in the greater St. Louis area is seeking a urologist for ongoing emergency department call coverage.
This is primarily weekend coverage with approximately 5–7 24-hour shifts per month. You will cover one or two assigned hospitals at a time, with locations provided in advance. Many calls can be managed by phone, but a 30-minute response time is required when on-site care is needed.
Assignment highlights:
- Approximately 5–7 24-hour call shifts per month
- Primarily weekend coverage with some scheduling flexibility
- 2 hours included per shift
- Estimated 20–30 calls per shift; not all require in-person evaluation
- Adult community hospital setting
- General urology procedures and emergency case types
- Epic EMR
- Established physician support
- Convenient St. Louis metro location near major highways, the airport, restaurants, parks, and entertainment
Requirements
