In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het visitekaartje van onze locatie én een belangrijke schakel achter de schermen. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers zich welkom voelen, collega's op jou kunnen rekenen en de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie vlot verloopt. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte aanpak en oog voor detail creëer je een professionele en aangename werkomgeving waarin iedereen optimaal kan werken.
De opdracht start zo snel mogelijk en loopt minstens tot en met januari 2027, met de mogelijkheid om nadien verder te bouwen aan je carrière binnen DEME.

As Tender & Acquisition Manager Subsea Cables for APAC, you will develop commercial opportunities and lead competitive tenders for complex offshore cable projects. You will combine tender leadership with client and partner development across the region.
You will manage the full opportunity and tender lifecycle, from market engagement and bid/no-bid assessment to submission and contract negotiation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams for subsea cable projects, including export and array cables, interconnectors, landfalls, burial and protection works.

Job Description Summary
As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams and will report for each tender to the Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future.
