Job title: Therapist (Independent Contract Provider)
About the Role Part-time, independent contract Therapist to provide remote mental health services to clients via Talkspace. This role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to practice in private practice while Talkspace handles insurance, marketing, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure Talkspace platform
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
- Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner
- Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session
What We're Looking For
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Nebraska
- Licensure: LIMHP, LMFT, or LPC
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Individual NPI number
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering teletherapy via HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Ability to work as an independent contractor with a diverse client base
Compensation & Benefits
- $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
- Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging
