About the Role Talkspace is hiring a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) to provide remote mental health care to a diverse client base across states. The role offers flexibility and the ability to focus on providing care while Talkspace handles insurance billing, marketing, and administrative tasks. You can set your own schedule and work from anywhere on Talkspace’s secure platform.

What You'll Do

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the HIPAA-compliant Talkspace platform
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner
• Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session
• Offer availability during evenings and/or weekends

What We're Looking For

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in your state(s) of licensure
• Note: Associate licensed providers who require supervision are not eligible for this role
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI number
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation for sessions is state-dependent with hourly rates: CA $90/hour; DC, MA, MD, NY, VA, WA $78/hour; All other states $70/hour; rates prorated for 30- and 45-minute sessions
