Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated Technology Development Engineer to join our Fragrance & Beauty team, in S&T Delivery Systems department. This role is responsible for leading the development, scale-up, and industrialization of innovative delivery system technologies, transforming concepts into robust manufacturing solutions that create value for our customers and business.

You will collaborate closely with Creation, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize processes, support scale-up activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Technology Development & Industrialization

• Lead the development, optimization, and industrialization of fragrance delivery system technologies.

• Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities.

• Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Project & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate and prioritization sample-making activities to ensure fast delivery with quality.

• Manage multiple technical projects and priorities to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.

• Manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.

• Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and junior team members.

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, specialty chemicals, or related industries.

• Proven experience in product development, process development, scale-up, and industrialization activities.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in polymer chemistry, emulsions, or related technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a highly developed sense of service

• Exposure to automation, digitalization, Industry 4.0, or data analytics initiatives.

• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
