Job title: Technischer Spezialist Produktion TSP (m/w/d)

About the Role Join Sonova as a Technischer Spezialist Produktion TSP (m/w/d) and become a central member of the electronics manufacturing support team. You will ensure equipment availability through preventive maintenance, reduce downtime with sustainable maintenance strategies, and diagnose production disturbances, including root cause analysis. You’ll drive continuous improvement in maintenance and expand your technical expertise while serving as the interface between production, engineering and development.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure availability of production equipment through preventive maintenance of lines, machinery and test equipment.
  • Minimize downtime by implementing sustainable maintenance strategies and supporting operators in basic maintenance tasks.
  • Analyze and resolve production disturbances including root cause analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance; coordinate, document and monitor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
  • Serve as a technical interface between production, engineering, development and other departments; provide technical advisory support and contribute to optimising equipment.
  • Coordinate, document and monitor maintenance actions; manage spare parts procurement; support the development of automated systems; be available for on-call duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed technical apprenticeship in electronics or related field.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing with knowledge in Lean Management, Supply Chain and SMD/Flip-Chip assembly.
  • Good overview of the production chain with ideally experience in automation or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Strong technical understanding, quick comprehension and cross-functional thinking.
  • High quality mindset with a structured and responsible approach to work.
  • Experience in conducting trainings and in adherence to processes and quality standards.
  • Very good German and good English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient PC skills; SAP knowledge advantageous.
