About the Role Alloy's Technical Solutions Organization seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical win for key client accounts. You will own the post-sales technical relationship, present how Alloy fits, propose architectures, demonstrate the product, and craft creative technical solutions to help clients manage identity risk and fraud.
Alloy operates in a hybrid work environment with onsite collaboration three days per week. What You'll Do
- Act as the technical lead on multiple client implementations and large engagements, working closely with Implementations Managers.
- Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy product solutions that deliver on the client’s business goals.
- Serve as expert advisor on the data vendors Alloy integrates with.
- Help to integrate Alloy's API into an app in code.
- Independently run end-to-end testing to ensure a successful client go-live.
- Be a part of client production readiness and support production launches (these occasionally occur outside of 9a-5p hours).
- Serve as a client advocate by advocating for the evolution of Alloy’s products and driving client adoption of new capabilities.
- Support the development of technical documentation and FAQs to serve client needs. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products with a strong desire to work in a post-sales, client-facing role.
- Hands-on, passionate and creative problem solver.
- Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence and buy-in.
- Ability to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution.
- Proven success in problem-solving with and for enterprises with a variety of requirements and technical ability levels.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: backend (Node.js, Python), web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks - React).
- Able to travel occasionally (approximately once per quarter) for client on-sites.
- Previous experience at a Fintech Startup or in the KYC/Compliance space is a huge plus! Nice to Have

- Salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year. Eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
