Organization and team:
This position is part of the server development organization that supports PlayStation online services, and as a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master, will be responsible for team operation and program promotion. The team consists of members with diverse backgrounds, and uses both Japanese and English, with an open culture where opinions can be exchanged freely regardless of title or seniority. New ideas and improvement proposals are welcomed, and you will be involved in delivering value to PlayStation users worldwide by coordinating with global teams.
About this role:
As a TPM/Scrum Master for the applications framework that underpins PlayStation online services, you will work within the related teams advancing data platform usage and modernization of legacy systems, acting as a TPM/Scrum Master in the Japan base. You will lead Scrum team operations and improvements, coordinate cross-team projects, and collaborate with overseas development sites to continuously improve and update the development platform and contribute to the success of large-scale agile development.
Main responsibilities
- Facilitation and continuous improvement of Scrum teams
- Project planning, progress management, issue management as TPM
- Coordination and promotion of cross-team projects
- Communication and collaboration with Japanese and overseas development teams
- Support for development and operations projects related to data infrastructure, common services, and development infrastructure
- Stakeholder alignment and project promotion
