About the Role Tech Lead Junior to technically lead and mentor a development team while contributing to project delivery. You will participate in architectural decisions, drive code quality, and act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders in a fast-growing Babel environment. What You'll Do
- Mentor and coach developers to deliver high-quality software
- Participate in technical decisions and architecture
- Contribute to development (coding, code reviews)
- Ensure solution quality and performance
- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- First development experience
- Proficient in one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Knowledge of best practices (CI/CD, testing, Git)
