Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail with an eagerness to learn new tools and processes
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and contributing ideas
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Genuine interest in e-learning and learning management systems (LMS)
• Exposure to or interest in developing basic technical skills relevant to LMS administration, such as database management or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Familiarity or willingness to learn collaboration and learning tools such as Workday, Cornerstone, Copilot, and Claude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Curiosity about emerging learning technologies, including AI tools, authoring platforms, and video editing software
• Creative mindset with the ability to visualize concepts and translate them into engaging, learner-friendly materials
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Coursework or projects in learning initiatives, systems migrations, or process improvement is preferred
• Candidates ideally graduation in 2028
• Anticipated Start Date: March 2027

Responsibilities

• This intern will support Moody's University in delivering and enhancing learning experiences for a global employee base through LMS administration, content management, and exploration of innovative learning technologies.

• Support LMS content administration tasks, including uploading courses, generating reports, assigning training to employees, and testing new system features

• Collaborate with content developers, LMS administrators, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the learning experience

• Research and share ideas for innovative learning approaches, including microlearning, gamification, and the use of AI-powered tools

• Assist the team in organizing and maintaining the learning content library, ensuring resources are current, accurate, and easily accessible
