About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Global Functions Talent Acquisition team in Copenhagen starting January 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Talent Acquisition, including internal mobility, sourcing, recruitment operations, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Acquisition Operations, hiring managers, and Global Mobility teams to help deliver an exceptional employee and candidate experience while supporting efficient and compliant hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Relocations & Mobility Support

  • Support the coordination of internal employee relocation cases.

  • Coordinate offer letters and supporting documentation.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and Global Mobility teams to ensure smooth processing of relocation cases.

  • Support relocating employees and managers throughout the process, providing guidance and timely communication.

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing activities.

  • Conduct targeted talent searches through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

  • Research talent markets and identify potential candidate pools.

  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives and proactive talent mapping activities.

  • Documentation & Process Excellence

  • Organize and maintain Talent Acquisition documentation, templates, process guides, and knowledge articles.

  • Review documentation regularly to ensure policies, processes, and best practices remain current and easily accessible.

  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and standardization.

  • Reporting & Insights

  • Support the preparation of recruitment and sourcing reports.

  • Track key Talent Acquisition metrics and data trends.

  • Assist with data validation and quality checks.

  • Team & Project Support

  • Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and projects.

  • Support Early Careers and recruitment events where applicable.

  • Contribute to special Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and talent management.

  • Experience with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.

  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and process documentation.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
