About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates, while contributing to building a robust talent pipeline. This internship will provide valuable insights into the recruitment process and allow you to develop your skills in talent management.
What You'll Do
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and talent acquisition specialist and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Help manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with recruitment tracking systems/ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Exposure to internship environments or early-career recruitment programs.
