Position Profile
Endline making process, Endline quality control and assurance, Endline food safety, Endline sorter.
Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks and provide services that ensure quality in the different stages of the process and final product, complying with the established inspection frequency.
- Coordinate functions of quality inspectors.
- Audit compliance with quality inspections according to the frequency established in the quality control sheet. Report the results of said audits in a timely manner.
Position Requirement & competencies:
- Work experience in the area.
- Broad training ground, usually required through high school education, career technical or equivalent.
Skills

To apply standard evaluation and modification of standard quality assurance techniques, procedures and criteria.

To identify product defects using proper inspection procedures and test equipment.

Job knowledge of the following areas: Documentary Control, Preventive Actions and Corrective Actions, Control and Management of Non-Conforming Product, Traceability, HACCP, Functional and Dimensional Tests, Follow-up of Customer Complaints / Claims, Internal and Customer Specifications.
