Job Description

As a Supply Chain Logistics Engineer, you will lead inventory control, logistics coordination, ERP process ownership, and performance analysis to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain operations. You will play a key role in driving inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse and logistics performance, and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. This position supports the Supply Chain and Logistics function while collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and external logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management activities and ensure inventory performance aligns with company objectives.

• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.

• Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Act as the primary interface between the plant and the third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

• Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as the key user and owner of logistics processes within the QAD ERP system.

• Ensure data integrity and accurate transaction processing across all logistics activities.

• Develop and analyze reports on inventory, logistics costs, warehouse performance, sales, and production indicators.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement actions to improve operational performance and service levels.

• Lead projects focused on inventory optimization, process standardization, automation, and cost reduction.

• Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in industrial logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably QAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus, and German or French is advantageous.
