As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll work closely with four other Coordinators and two Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth outbound operations from warehouse to customer. Acting as a key contact for warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help manage day-to-day logistics activities, resolve exceptions, and support an excellent customer experience across the supply chain.

How You'll Make An Impact

Warehousing & Distribution

• Coordinate outbound and distribution flows to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
• Manage irregular warehousing activities and resolve operational challenges.
• Support 3PL evaluation and claims management.
• Review carrier performance and manage related claims.
• Follow up on inaccurate deliveries and drive timely resolution.
• Support marketing logistics activities and cross-docking operations.
• Monitor and coordinate return deliveries.
• Provide backup support for stock control activities.
• Provide backup support for spare parts management.
• Support Transport Management System (TMS) activities.

Reporting & Exception Management

• Manage operational exceptions related to warehouses and carriers.
• Utilize SAP and other tools to support reporting and data analysis.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues while maintaining service levels.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and solving operational issues.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience working with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Dutch language skills.

Pay Transparency

€ 42,525 - € 62,370

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.

Variable compensation and allowances: Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may also be available, such as quarterly or annual bonus pay, commission payments, long term incentive compensation, or certain allowances.
