SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- Manage suppliers’ performance through monitoring, evaluating, reporting of the performance data
- Manage communication of supplier performance achievement and targets with the supplier to drive improvements related to supplier delivered Quality and cost performance
- Plan and conduct Supplier Visits / Audits based on established performance criteria
- Provide advice and support to Suppliers to promote development
- Perform Corporate reporting of supplier performance in accordance to requirements
- Lead and coordinate supplier incident response / non-conformance management
- Review and report non-conformance incidents as required
- Manage and coordinate incoming goods quality inspection performance
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve systems for incoming goods quality inspection consistency, reliability, and efficiency
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve standardised processes for HNZ supplier quality management system in alignment with Hella’s Business Process Management (BPM)
- Conduct supplier assessments for current and potential new suppliers
- Support in the selection of suppliers and sub-contractors. Verify assessment and quality qualification of suppliers are completed as required.
- Support with the processing and completion of required analysis and documentation for all purchased parts and suppliers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3- 5 years’ experience in supplier quality, or quality engineering role
- Sound skills in applying statistical methods in determining and developing process capability
- Experience with or have completed Lead Auditor training
- Ability to perform supplier audits
- Experience or have completed ISO 9001 training
- Experience in carrying out supplier performance reviews and following up actions.
- An Engineering/Science, or relevant tertiary degree.
