El Supervisor de Prensas reporta directamente al Gerente de Operaciones. Sus funciones principales son planear y controlar los recursos asignados tales como, mano de obra, materiales, equipo y procesos, asegurando los requerimientos de los clientes.
ACERCA DEL PUESTO
- Ejecución de tareas de supervición que permitan el uso efectivo del personal, equipo y materiales en el área de prensas asegurando que se cumpla la meta de calidad, productividad, entrega y costo (programa SMED, proyectos de reducción de costos ), siempre considerando y tomando en cuenta la seguridad e integridad del personal del area.
- Mantener al corriente los records del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de troqueles y dados.
- Asegurar que el sistema de calidad este implementado y se siga apropiadamente mediante la revisiónperiodica de las actividades de los técnicos de proceso.
- Capacitaciòn del personal a su cargo y al de nuevo ingreso, en las instrucciones de proceso, ajustes, diagrama de flujo y procedimientos de calidad.
ACERCA DE TI
- Ingenieria Industrial, Mecanica o afin.
- 2 años experiencia al menos en puesto similar de supervisión y/o conocimientos en proceso de estampado demetales y dados progresivos.
- Habilidades básicas en técnicas de solución de problemas y manejo de personal.
- Conocimientos basicos en maquinaria ( Mecánica y electromecánica ) y habilidades básicas de comprensión de dibujos técnicos y técnicas de medición.
- Conocimiento de requerimientos del medio ambiente, ISO 14000, ISO/TS 16949.
- Habilidades para la solución de problemas, excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
