Supervisor/a de Calidad
Objetivo del cargo
- Supervisar y verificar que los procesos constructivos, materiales y entregables cumplan los planos, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos, normativa vigente y requisitos contractuales. Además, debe asegurar la correcta aplicación del Plan de Calidad, prevenir defectos y mantener evidencia documentada y trazable.
Principales responsabilidades
- Inspeccionar los procesos constructivos en terreno.
- Aplicar y controlar los planes de inspección y ensayo.
- Gestionar no conformidades y verificar acciones correctivas.
- Controlar la calidad y trazabilidad de materiales.
- Coordinar inspecciones y liberaciones de frentes de trabajo.
- Revisar ensayos, protocolos y documentación de calidad.
- Preparar indicadores e informes de gestión.
- Apoyar auditorías y la elaboración del Dossier de Calidad.
- Capacitar a equipos y subcontratistas en estándares de calidad.
Formación requerida
- Título profesional o técnico de nivel superior en Ingeniería en Construcción, Construcción Civil, Ingeniería Civil, Técnico en Construcción, Técnico en Obras Civiles o una especialidad equivalente relacionada con la gestión y el control de calidad en obras.
Experiencia requerida
- Experiencia comprobable en supervisión, inspección o control de calidad en proyectos de construcción, ingeniería u obras civiles, especialmente en inspecciones de terreno, protocolos, ensayos, no conformidades, control de materiales, subcontratistas, auditorías y entregas contractuales.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Gestión QA/QC y sistemas de calidad.
- Lectura de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Control de materiales, hormigón armado y procesos constructivos.
- Gestión de no conformidades, protocolos y dossiers.
- Manejo de Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD y plataformas documentales.
- Deseable conocimiento de BIM, Power BI y Primavera P6.
- Deseable formación como auditor interno ISO 9001.
