Job Description We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Steward Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Stewarding Department. The role is responsible for supervising the stewarding team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils, and supporting the smooth operation of the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets and kitchen areas.
Qualifications

Previous experience in Stewarding or Kitchen Operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
