Job Summary
Littelfuse, a leader in Power semiconductor and ESD products is looking to add a senior engineer to its R&D and Technology development team located in a regional design center or virtual. The Sr. R&D Engineer will lead the development of ESD protection devices (TVS), including new device structures and process integration. The role will coordinate TCAD simulation to accelerate process planning, device optimization, and development efficiency.
