About this role
About the Role The Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance at LEONI (Zaghouan, Tunisia) raises and manages quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally. You will conduct internal analysis of supplier parts, drive 8D problem solving, and support PCN/PPAP/PSW processes, while ensuring IATF readiness within the department. What You'll Do
- Raise and manage quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally
- Conduct internal analysis of the supplier's faulty part
- Follow up and close complaints after accepting 8D and closing CONCs, including administrative costs
- Provide support in creating and updating relevant procedures
- Request, monitor, archive, and approve PCN, PPAPs, and PSW
- Monitor and follow up on central on-hold areas with supplier-related issues
- Control the special characteristics of the processes or products in the area of responsibility
- Regularly review the control plan
- Be responsible and accountable for IATF preparation and audit findings for department responsibilities
- Be authorized to stop production or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes or products What We're Looking For
