• We are looking for a Specialist Administration of processes - Maternity Cover to join our HR Team - get the job you will enjoy!

Key Responsibilities

• Handles the processing of employee resignations and terminations, ensuring relevant stakeholders and P&C OPS and Payroll are notified according to specific notice periods and contract stipulations;
• Reviews legal mandates and contract categories via Workday, differentiating between permanent (2-month notice) and temporary (3-month notice) agreements;
• Maintains the tracking system by registering notices, assigning internal IDs, and ensuring the related separation paperwork is documented;
• Partners with P&C OPS and Payroll to audit financial details like relocation reimbursements and hotel expenses during the exit process;
• Facilitates probation period exits by auditing Workday records for absences and time-off to ensure all data is validated before processing;
• Oversees redundancy and ramp-down procedures, coordinating with legal counsel to remain compliant with statutory protections;
• Participates in face-to-face or remote meetings to deliver termination documents and secure necessary signatures from departing team members;
• Checks and provides information to P&C OPS if all termination prerequisites are met, including the accuracy of dates, notice durations, and adherence to labor regulations and agreements;
• Supports and participates in disciplinary terminations by collaborating on the creation of official orders in full alignment with existing employment legislation;
• Support, when needed, the HR Admin Specialist for Disciplinary process and P&C Business partners

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation;

• 2 years professional experience of related position;

• University degree

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in computer use - excellent command of MS Office and Google Suite;

• Excellent level of proficiency in Bulgarian

• English (written and spoken) - minimum level B2 based on the Common European Framework.
