Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Worker for its client's Children's Mainstream Residential at Cavan, Ireland. Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Social Care Leader to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have,

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).

• Full, clean manual driving licence.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade

• Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice
