About the Role The SOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events across the organization’s technology environment. This role operates as the first line of defense, ensuring early detection of threats and proper escalation of incidents based on established procedures. What You'll Do
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM, EDR, and other monitoring platforms; analyze logs and events to identify suspicious or anomalous activity.
- Execute defined playbooks for initial incident containment and document findings for IT and security teams.
- Communicate with internal IT and security teams, escalate incidents as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC processes.
