Shipping Team Member

What are your main tasks?
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and load materials.
- Prepare finished goods and materials for outgoing shipments.
- Stage materials according to shipment schedules and requirements.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping information prior to shipment.
- Complete shipping paperwork and required system transactions.
- Load trucks and trailers according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate shipment and material records.
- Identify and report discrepancies related to material, quantities, labels, or shipping documentation.
- Maintain organization of shipping, staging, and storage areas.
- Support inventory counts and material verification activities as needed.
- Follow established safety, material handling, and departmental procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What are your qualifications?
- Forklift operation and safe material handling practices.
- Shipping and shipment preparation processes.
- Shipping documentation and paperwork requirements.
- Basic computer and system transaction skills.
- Ability to verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
