About this role
Shift Leader Production
Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.
What are your main tasks?
- Review with the supervisor information from the daily production plan.
- Check that the 5-minute meetings are carried out, per production line. Open issues in the line QRAP, when a repetitive defect or safety problem is detected. Escalate the issues that were not resolved in the line GPQ, send them to the area GPQ.
- Review and/or capture material in the SAP system.
- Daily productivity log review.
- Manage staff training (ILUO Multivalence Matrix) and ensure that staff are working according to the ILUO matrix. / Update Polyvalence Matrices in KPI Boards
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment and ensure that the personnel in charge use it according to their work area.
