About the Role As a Service Specialist (Service Monteur) you work autonomously or in teams to assemble, disassemble, repair and test Accelleron turbocharger models and related products. You work on ships, at stationary installations and in our workshop. Your territory is mainly the Benelux, but you may be deployed abroad from time to time. Quality and safety come first.
What You'll Do
- Uitvoeren van servicewerkzaamheden en technische analyses op locatie of op afstand;
- Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid door kwalitatief hoogwaardige service te leveren;
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van goede klantrelaties;
- Signaleren van verkoopkansen en deze intern communiceren;
- Coördineren van materialen, onderdelen en tools voor serviceactiviteiten;
- Voorbereiden van rapporten en documenten voor de klant;
