About the Role As a Service Coordinator at Accelleron, you act as the primary contact for customers on service-related issues and coordinate the full service lifecycle from work orders to invoicing. You will ensure fast, professional service and keep a service-driven focus while balancing commercial considerations in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customers are helped quickly and professionally.
- Put the customer at the center and empathize with their questions.
- Responsible for the entire process: from receiving and issuing work orders for service activities to invoicing.
- Prepare quotes for service work.
- Evaluate repair recommendations.
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset; handle multiple jobs; prioritize and switch quickly when needed.
- Think creatively but realistically in maritime context.
