Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

Administers and coordinates service contract updates and amendments. Reviews the accuracy and completeness of service contract processing performed by the Shared Service Center team and ensures contracts are maintained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifies, records, and resolves processing errors, uploads contract documentation to electronic platforms, and coordinates contract-related requests with internal stakeholders and filing teams.

  • Processes service contract updates, amendments, and related customer requests submitted by Commercial teams.
  • Reviews and audits service contract amendments and processing activities completed by the Shared Service Center team, including TMS data entry and rate appendix formatting.
  • Ensures contract records, rates, charges, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Identifies, corrects, and documents processing errors discovered during contract review, approval, and publishing stages.
  • Maintains error tracking and reporting to support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinates contract-related requests with internal departments including Trades, Pricing, Filing, Compliance, and Geneva Headquarters.
  • Obtains the required approvals and signatures for contract amendments and service contract documents.
  • Reviews, uploads, and publishes service contract documentation within designated electronic platforms.
  • Submits and tracks filing requests with internal filing teams to ensure timely contract implementation.
  • Investigates customer inquiries and contract-related discrepancies and works with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Escalates complex or unique contract administration issues to management as appropriate.
  • Supports compliance with FMC regulations, company policies, and service contract governance requirements.
  • Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
  • Performs other duties, as necessary.

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role (supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
