Job title: Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant

About the Role As a Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant, you will equip customers with supply chain planning solutions, analyze planning challenges, and lead the end-to-end implementation and go-live. You will provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with solution architects and customer teams to deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do

  • Find clever planning solutions in collaboration with our solution architects to ensure an impeccable, high-quality implementation.
  • Implement the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team.
  • Provide expertise during and after implementation.
  • Train customers so they get the most of their solution.
  • Document the implemented solutions with technical descriptions to fellow consultants and functional notes to the customer.
  • Travel to customer sites regularly (about 20% of your time); you won’t be outsourced and will stay rooted in our team.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering (Business, Civil or Industrial) or Applied Sciences; relevant study domains include Business Informatics, Supply Chain/Logistics/Production, Chemical, Operations Research, Econometrics, Mathematics, ICT.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex problems into concrete solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain in industry, management consulting, or software implementation consulting.
  • Knowledge of programming (Python, SQL, R, ...).
  • Overall, a strong affinity for IT and willingness to learn an entirely new software package.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Passion for working in a multinational customer-driven environment.
  • Friendly and open approach to working in a team.
