About this role
Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant who equips customers with supply chain planning solutions, analyzes planning challenges, and leads end-to-end implementation and go-live. You’ll work with customers and our solution architects to deliver high-quality, scalable supply chain optimizations.
What You'll Do
- Equip customers with supply chain planning solutions and analyze planning challenges to design and implement the solution with the customer’s project team.
- Lead the implementation from start to finish and ensure a smooth go-live, providing expertise during and after deployment.
- Train customers to maximize value and document implemented solutions with technical descriptions for consultants and functional notes for customers.
- Visit customers regularly (about 20% of your time) while remaining embedded in our team of experts.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Business, Civil or Industrial) or Applied Sciences, or related fields (Business Informatics, Supply Chain/Logistics/Production, Chemical, Operations Research, Econometrics, Mathematics, ICT).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into concrete solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain in industry, management consulting, or software implementation consulting.
- Knowledge of programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.).
- Affinity for IT and willingness to learn an entirely new software package.
- Flexibility to travel; travel-ready.
- Fluent in English and German; comfortable in a multinational customer-driven environment.
- Communicative, team player, collaborative in a global context, pragmatic, and passionate.
- Language skills: English as required.
