About the Role Tabs is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant based in New York to play an integral role in our pre-sales process, helping craft solutions and be a thought partner to both our Go-to-Market organization and our clients. This is an opportunity to join an exceptional early-stage team and have a meaningful impact on Tabs' growth trajectory. What You'll Do
- Partner closely with finance and accounting leaders to demonstrate the capabilities of the Tabs platform, focusing on solving business problems and articulating end-to-end workflows.
- Manage pre-sales projects, ensure feasibility of proposed solutions, and conduct proof-of-concept development in close collaboration with the Implementation team to align with product capabilities.
- Support the Go-to-Market team with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach in meetings with prospects, translating solutions into workflow maps, implementation proposals, and other assets.
- Provide guidance on integrating Tabs into clients' broader tech stack, often involving ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining a consultative approach to technical and business problem-solving. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of overall experience, ideally spanning tech-focused and corporate environments.
- 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar roles (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management) in SaaS or Fintech.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations and ability to drive technical consultative partnerships with CFOs and Controllers.
- Customer EQ, curiosity, autonomy, commercial savvy, and exceptional communication/presentation skills.
- Bonus points for accounting experience, CPA designation, or prior work with accountants/controllers. Nice to Have
- CPA or accounting experience in a role working directly with accountants or controllers (bonus). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 – $185,000 per year, plus equity.
- This role is based in New York City, on-site at our Soho office (5 days/week).
