Senior Program Officer, Governance and Leadership

Job description
- Lead the refinement of the design and the execution of the Leadership for Equity, Advocacy & Development (LEAD) Fellowship across the 10 selected institutions.
- Oversee the review and expansion of the Campus Champion Manual, including modules for the virtual learning lab, oversee the knowledge delivery platform and identify subject matter experts.
- Manage the virtual learning lab, learning circles, capstone sessions, and fellowship cohort experience.
- Design and coordinate the Policy Lab, intra-campus competitions, regional semifinals, and national finale in Abuja.
- Identify sector and thematic aligned partners and support technical placements for finalist teams in governance and civic organizations.
- Convene advisory meetings, inception sessions, and multi-stakeholder dialogues.
- Broker partnerships with civic organizations, governance institutions, feminist networks, and policy actors.
- Ensure the documentation, knowledge management systems, and dashboard tracking of outcomes.
Requirements

A Master’s degree in any of the following fields (or closely related disciplines): Gender Studies, Public Policy / Public Administration, Governance or Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, or Political Science, Law, Social Work, Human Rights, or Peace & Conflict Studies or any related field. Minimum of 3–6 years progressive experience in governance, civic engagement, youth leadership development, gender justice, policy advocacy, or related sectors.

Demonstrated leadership in designing or managing programs, fellowships, or multi-institutional initiatives.

Strong grounding in feminist principles, power analysis, and systems thinking.

Proven ability to engage government actors, regulatory agencies, and institutional leadership.

Exceptional partnership-building, coalition management, and multi-stakeholder convening skills.

Strong writing, conceptualization, and communication abilities.

Experience working with young people, student movements, or leadership pipelines is an added advantage.

Ability to ideate innovative frameworks, develop models, and translate concepts into actionable strategies.

Office / Admin Support Assistant

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will become an integral part of their dedicated team, to contribute to the growth and success of their store.
- The Admin support personnel will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating deliveries, Support business growth through creative ideas, timely and exceptional customer services to boost sales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and tidied showroom and office area; Warmly welcome all customers, attend to them, and keep records of their details
- Daily and weekly update of sales records, expense report and inventory template with line manager supervision and operational data on the inventory sheet
- Manage the DC inventory and reporting with e-Commerce Executive to ensure timely replenishment of low stock, all year availability of products and no lost product.
- Promptly and constantly uploads of new products in showroom and on e-commerce platforms; (Jumia, and Konga)within 48hrs of product availability
- Respond to all messages on Jumia and Konga platforms within 1hr, during working hours, and not later than 12hrs after COB
- Shipping of ordered goods at e-commerce partners’ office within 24/48hrs of request- No cancellation to orders; Promptly collect all return orders
- Coordinate effective and timely delivery of goods to customers, in cost effective manners though logistics companies.
- Attending to clerical tasks, ensure proper and accurate book keeping, and filing of company’s documents: invoices, goods receipts, waybill, and all administrative records.
- And any other task as assigned by your supervisor and management
Job requirements
- Educational background: O'Levels (SSCE, NECO, WAEC)
- Proven experience in a similar role and familiarity with inventory management software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N70,000 monthly.
3.) Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with established connections in the renewable energy sector.
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the company growth initiatives within the renewable energy space, with a focus on solar projects, mini-grids, and commercial & industrial solar solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of solar energy systems, proven experience in project development, and a proven track record of driving strategic partnerships and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and financing of solar mini-grid projects, including feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and project structuring.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—regulators, financiers, communities, EPC partners, and equipment suppliers.
- Lead proposal development, including RFP responses, concept notes, and business cases for energy projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess project viability, cost estimates, and technical requirements.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solar products, services, and technologies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks to inform Solaflix’s strategic direction.
- Support partnership development with development agencies, utilities, and government programs.
- Represent Solaflix at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder forums to promote the brand and expand its network.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial projections for management and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in business development, project management, or commercial operations within the solar energy or power sector.
- Experience in mini-grid project development, including site identification, design coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, energy systems design, and regulatory environment in Nigeria/Africa.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for project evaluation.
