About this role
Senior Manufacturing Engineer NPI - Night Shift
Position Overview
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer - Night Shift is responsible for leading manufacturing readiness activities supporting new product introductions, engineering changes, and production launches within assembly and fabrication operations at the San Antonio manufacturing facility. The role requires collaboration across Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and supplier teams to ensure manufacturing readiness throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.
