Senior Manager - Product Marketing

Small business owners don’t separate their marketing from their money. They think about getting paid, covering payroll, and keeping the lights on — often in the same afternoon. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on our Commerce team, you’ll own the go-to-market for the GoDaddy products that sit right in the middle of that: capital, instant payouts, business banking and debit cards, and insurance.
This is a hybrid of product marketing and go-to-market. You’ll define positioning, packaging, and pricing for our financial services solutions, and you’ll cross-sell them to the entrepreneurs who already run their business on GoDaddy Payments. You’ll own the story, the audiences, and the campaigns that put the right offer in front of the right customer at the right moment.
You’ll make sure the customer’s voice comes through in every value proposition, building a differentiated message that resonates with everyday entrepreneurs trying to grow. And you’ll work closely with product, sales, and partner teams to launch these solutions well — delighting our customers and driving company growth.
What you'll get to do...
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for financial services offerings, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and content that drives customer engagement and sales enablement.
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing programs, building targeted campaigns, audience segments, and ideal customer profiles that improve engagement, adoption, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Design and run experiments across product surfaces to test messaging, offers, and features, using insights and performance data to optimize outcomes.
- Support major product launches and independently lead go-to-market efforts for new products and features, partnering across teams to drive successful adoption.
- Conduct customer, competitive, and market research, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations that inform messaging, positioning, pricing, and product strategy.
Your experience should include...
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, including 4+ years in SaaS and 2+ years in payments or financial services.
- Shown experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including campaign launches, audience development, ideal customer profiles, and product messaging and positioning that drives engagement.
- Strong understanding of small business customers, with experience conducting customer research, in-market testing, and developing insights that inform go-to-market strategies.
- Experience running experiments and testing within product surfaces to support data-driven decision making across self-serve and sales-led B2B motions.
- Track record of successfully launching new products and features, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments using a test-and-learn approach.
You might also have...
- Experience in pricing and packaging analysis.
- Experience marketing regulated or partner-delivered financial products.
- Deep customer empathy that influences both product and marketing efforts.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.
