Job Summary
Lead and develop technical projects in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Define technical architecture, APIs, integrations etc as per business requirements. Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, and application modernization initiatives. Mentor development teams and establish coding standards and best practices. Design and optimize REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications. Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and MySQL. Provide technical guidance for applications built on .NET Core/.NET where required. Drive DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud adoption initiatives. Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
- Java 11/17/21
- Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs and Enterprise Integration
Experience with:
- SQL Server, MySQL
- Hibernate/JPA
- Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus
Exposure to:
- NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core
- Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Architecture
- Design Patterns, SOLID Principles
- Secure, scalable, and high-performance application design
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud and Java architecture certifications are an added advantage.
