Senior Finance Analyst
Land Republic Limited Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Level: Senior (5+ years)
Land Republic Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to oversee project and company financial performance, cost control, financial modelling, budgeting, and investment analysis.
What You'll Do

Manage project budgets, cost to complete, cash flow, margins, and financial forecasts.

Review contractor payments, valuations, variations, and purchase orders with the Quantity Surveyor.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Build financial models and evaluate new projects, investments, pricing, and funding requirements.

Support lenders and investors with financing submissions, drawdowns, and reports.

Monitor tax compliance, financial controls, audits, and payment approval processes.
What You'll Need:

BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

ICAN or ACCA qualification, or in the final stages.

5+ years' finance experience, with at least 2 years in real estate, construction, project finance, private equity, or investment banking.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Ability to understand and review BOQs, valuations, and contractor claims.

Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and problem solving skills.

Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, Power BI, or similar tools is an added advantage.
