You recruit, train, lead & coordinate the Security team, and you're the first name on the call sheet when something needs handling. 📋👥
You design and roll out safety, fire and emergency procedures, and you make sure the whole hotel — from the front desk to the rooftop — knows the drill (literally). 🔥🚨
You're the friendly link 🔗 between our teams, our guests, local authorities and neighbors, always fair, always discreet, always Mama.
You manage access control, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting, and when things get spicy 🌶️, you de-escalate before they combust.
You keep a close watch over events, parties and our (very lively 🎉) rooftop, without ever killing the vibe.
The guest experience must feel free and easy ✨, and you're the one quietly making sure it stays that way 🤝.

We are looking for a Security Manager who will oversee all security operations for the Mama Shelter in Mexico City, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing safety, fire, and emergency procedures; managing access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting; coordinating the Security team; liaising with local authorities; and maintaining a high standard of guest experience while upholding safety first.
