About the Role Logan Health Whitefish Birth Center is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse to join our Birth Center team on the night shift for a 13-week assignment. The role spans labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do
- Provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a team-based environment
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience
- Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care
- Participate in a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and shared success What We're Looking For
- Experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse
- Two years experience in a similar unit is required
- Calm, confident presence in high-stakes situations; strong teamwork and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; patient-centered care and lifelong learning
- Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana; BSN preferred
- Certifications: BLS (RQI) within 7 days of hire; ACLS within 6 months; NRP within 6 months; EFM certification or instructor status within 6 months; STABLE preferred Nice to Have
