Seasonal Rights & Clearances Coordinator
Summary The Rights & Clearances Coordinator is responsible for researching, sourcing, and securing third‑party materials for use in NFL Films programming. This role works closely with producers, post‑production, media management, business affairs, and project managers to fulfill content needs while ensuring all material is properly licensed according to deadlines, budgets, and legal requirements.
Essential Functions
- Research, request, and acquire third‑party materials including—but not limited to—photos, footage, newspaper articles, social media posts, podcasts, and other intellectual property.
- Navigate and research archival collections, stock footage libraries, and professional photo agencies to locate hard‑to‑find materials.
- Screen down cuts/programs and create detailed clearance logs to document all third‑party material usage.
