Role Summary
The Scrum Master - IT supports Agile delivery for the Finance Product Team by facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling effective planning and prioritization, improving delivery transparency, and helping the team deliver predictable business value. The role partners closely with the Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to improve backlog health, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement while supporting established Agile ways of working
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile delivery for one IT product team, with flexibility to support additional teams as business needs evolve.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
