SAP S/4 HANA Functional SPOC - SD/ TM/ FT with Focus TM

About the Role Join ContiTech as SAP S/4 HANA Functional SPOC for SD/ TM/ FT with a strong focus on TM, based in Szeged, Hungary. You will work within the EMEA rollout teams to coordinate SAP module rollout activities at the site and ensure efficient, compliant go-lives. What You'll Do

• Coordinate & drive all rollout relevant activities for the SAP module at the defined rollout location.
• Lead Kick-Off, FitToTemplate and System-Test sessions and ensure proper handling of findings/missing features.
• Operate JIRA (TM) to steer IT development and write user stories to define requirements.
• Coordinate Data Migration actions to meet System-Test schedule and validate migrated data.
• Create and execute the Cutover Plan before Go-Live and organize Post Go-Live activities.
• Establish constant exchange between local Key Users and the Location Lead; train Local Key Users and build training plans for end users/power users.
• Coordinate rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc.) with BA, Country and Location teams for the SAP stream/module.
• Substitute/represent the Rollout Lead on request; gain full process overview and cross-module knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (~30%). What We're Looking For
• Academic degree (Industrial Engineer, Computer Scientist, Business Manager or comparable).
• Several years of experience in SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module and in a multinational environment.
• Strong SAP knowledge for the respective module, plus project management skills and experience delivering global/regional projects.
• Business Process Know How; preferred: experience in operational business as LKU/CKU.
• Ability to lead change and to influence while maintaining transparency; data analysis and problem-solving affinity.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and good German; cross-BA/cross-Function thinking; strong communication across management levels and diverse teams.
• Experience leading personnel in multinational teams; willingness to travel (~30% in EMEA). Nice to Have
• Experience in the operational business in LKU/CKU roles.
