As our Sales Manager, you’ll be part of the Commercial team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into General Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Sales Manager role is accountable for driving profitable growth in the market by leading the wholesale and B2B sales strategy and execution. This role ensures alignment with global frameworks while tailoring approaches to local market needs. It plays a critical role in consumer acquisition, account penetration, and operational excellence, supporting our strategic priorities of premium distribution, full-price sell-through, and customer lifetime value growth. The Sales Manager acts as the commercial leader for the market, balancing revenue delivery with brand elevation.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the market sales strategy and plan, aligned with global commercial frameworks and growth objectives.
- Delivering revenue and profitability, owning market sales and adjusted PBT targets while monitoring performance against key commercial KPIs.
- Leading account growth and customer experience, building strong relationships with key wholesale partners, growing premium accounts and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Leading and developing the Sales Operations and Account Management teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building capability.
- Driving cross-functional commercial performance, partnering with Supply & Demand, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Operations on forecasting, inventory, pricing, go-to-market execution and performance reviews.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of wholesale and B2B dynamics, pricing strategies, margin management and commercial performance.
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to translate global commercial strategies into actionable local plans and deliver against growth and performance objectives.
- Relationship Management & Collaboration: Skilled at building strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders, with strong influencing and communication skills.
- Analytical, Operational & Language
Skills

Confident interpreting sales data, forecasting demand and identifying growth opportunities, with knowledge of order-to-cash, inventory management and supply chain processes. Fluent in English, with proficiency in the relevant local language(s) essential for the market.
