Salaried GP
Mayfield Medical Centre is a training practice supporting 21,000 patients across three sites in Paignton and Brixham.
We are passionate about the future of General Practice and are actively involved with training GPs, F2s and medical students. We are looking for an individual to be part of our forward-thinking team committed to maintaining a sustainable and enjoyable work environment.
We actively explore new ideas to enhance patient care. Importantly, we enjoy working together; we strive for a nurturing and supportive environment where everyone has a sense of belonging. We play an active role in Paignton and Brixham PCN with one of our Partners sharing the Clinical Director role.
We benefit from a full complement of Allied Health Professional roles, from our enthusiastic Social Prescribing and Mental Health teams, through to our Pharmacy team, who play a key role in our medicines management.
Our “on the day” team; consisting of GPs and ANPs; look after acute presentations and home visits, whilst maintaining continuity of care. We truly believe in trying to strike a good work/life balance, which is why our routine sessions are capped at 13 appointments and our salaried GP list sizes are also capped.
