RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR 2ND SHIFT
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Residential Counselors and program participants in support of the Assistant Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration, which includes all medical management on shift. This person will be a member of the management team and have on-call duties.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and experience preferred or Associate’s Degree and five plus years’ experience with participant population. Candidates should be an experienced team player, enjoy new challenges daily and be level-headed during crisis situations. Good organization and communication skills necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise quick and safe decision making is also required. The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic, creative and love working with adolescents. Must be willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals.
