Do you have a background, experience, or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about analyzing data and problem solving? Personify Health is looking for a Reporting Analyst on the Client Operations team to handle the initial setup and automation of standard reporting requests from clients. Collaborate closely with Implementation, Account Management, Client Delivery and other Operations teams to ensure reporting provided meets client needs.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health products. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health reporting capabilities. Work with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations to understand client and service deliver (including agent) reporting needs.
