Responsibilities and Duties Ensure achievement of 13th Month Renewal Collection targets Ensure achievement of 13th Persistency targets Ensure Retention of customers and improve surrender retention Training and sensitizing agency on 13th month Monitoring 13th at all levels throughout agency Planning, strategizing and implementation of various action plan for improving persistency, renewal collection and retention Launch and manage contest, R&R for Agency Identify opportunities to improve renewal collections through innovative means – through alternate modes of collection and data enrichment Analysis and data mining for strategy formulation and other related information Retain maximum policies by convincing the customers Skill and Personality Development of team Quantitative Manage overall cost for the renewal collection activity, improve collections through Vendors & Internal Sales Team Achieve 13th month Persistency Targets and Overall Collection targets
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Experience Must have training background Exposure to Insurance clients is preferred Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Critical thinker Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Advanced analytics capability is a preferred skill
